I have been amazed at the variety of ways I have witnessed music strengthen knowledge, self belief, connection, mental health - the list is exhaustive.

I am an experienced workshop leader, and have worked in a wide variety of settings with a variety of aims - from working with primary school children to embed curriculum learning creatively to supporting women with a history of abuse to explore difficult emotions, the place of women in society, and their own sense of self and self esteem.
